As Chief Underwriter and Head of Underwriting for °µÍøAV Japan Branch, Hannah Heeyoung Nam is responsible for overseeing and managing all of the office¡¯s underwriting activities, including leveraging °µÍøAV underwriting value propositions to help clients grow their businesses. Hannah also sits on the Japan Management Board, °µÍøAV Japan¡¯s highest decision-making body.
Hannah has been with the company since 2002 and has more than 27 years of underwriting experience. In her
°µÍøAV career she has served as Chief Underwriter, Chief Customer Officer, and Head of Underwriting as a Business
for °µÍøAV in Korea, representing °µÍøAV and helping clients achieve their goals. Her extensive background includes
product development, underwriting, claims, and risk management, and she has led multiple business initiatives,
including automatic pre-underwriting, data-driven business solutions, predictive modeling, and the underwriting
consulting project, all of which leveraged °µÍøAV¡¯s core competencies.
